We were delighted to be selected as the locale for the cover shot of author Jennifer Schell’s second edition of “The Butcher, The Baker, The Wine and Cheese Maker” – now available!

Our winemaker David Paterson and vineyard pup Ella paired up with Schell and a fantastic group of Okanagan culinary artisans for the photoshoot in our vineyard last fall.

Tantalus is proud to be featured alongside our South East Kelowna neighbours from Sunshine Farms with a to-die-for Heritage Potato Flan recipe from Chef Mona Johannson… perfectly suited for our 2015 Rosé.
