As one of the longest serving top chefs in the Okanagan, Chef Mark Filatow needs no introduction. A longtime friend of Tantalus and devotee of our wine program, we couldn't imagine this series without Mark. Sommelier-trained and uber-locally focused, Mark's food is beautifully layered yet somehow seems effortless, although we know it's taken years of fine tuning to earn those stripes. We're thrilled to have Mark join us at the vineyard this April.
