Inspired by Okanagan food and wine columnist Jennifer Schell’s delicious book “The Butcher, The Baker, The Wine & Cheese Maker” WAM! is a celebration of food, wine and art – benefiting the Rotary Centre for the Performing Arts. Tantalus winemaker David Paterson will be on hand pouring our Riesling and Pinot Noir to pair with the enticing bites of our talented Okanagan chefs.
