    Celebrating the launch of our inaugural 2021 Syrah, Tantalus welcomes Chef Lee Cooper of Vancouver's famed L'Abattoir Restaurant for an intimate evening at the winery.

    Join us Thursday, October 20th for this multi-course, wine-paired dinner hosted by winemaker David Paterson, alongside L'Abattoir Sommelier Nick Bertoia.

    Chef Lee Cooper is bringing his French influenced West Coast cuisine to the Okanagan for one night only! Don't miss out.

    6:30pm sparkling wine reception, followed by a seated dinner at communal long tables.
