Pop-Up Dinner with Vancouver's Wildebeest

Wildebeest Executive Chef Ian McHale and Wine Director Christina Hartigan will take their talents on the road to BC’s beautiful Okanagan Valley when they co-host a long-table dinner at the celebrated Tantalus Vineyards overlooking the shores of Okanagan Lake.
The evening will begin with a welcome reception featuring a selection of snacks, bubbly, and beer from Kelowna’s Vice & Virtue Brewing Co. before guests enjoy a custom, multi-course menu prepared by McHale and his culinary team. Each dish will be paired with a variety of Tantalus wines hand-selected by Hartigan and Tantalus General Manager and Winemaker David Paterson, who will be co-hosting the evening and speaking to the inspiration behind each bottle.

This year's annual OSO Concert in the Cellar brings together an intimate evening of food, wine and music. Experience delicious, locally-driven cuisine prepared by Chef Ross Derrick of The Table Cafe paired with our latest releases and special guest artist, trumpet virtuoso Jens Lindemann (accompanied by pianist Kristian Alexandrov.)
Jens has performed around the world many times over. He is the recipient of the Order of Canada and has been nominated for both Juno and Grammy awards. Jens attended the renowned Juilliard School in New York City. His talents span the classical and jazz worlds. It is an extreme honour to have him perform for our guests at this year’s event.
