Club Rules
Below you’ll find the details on shipping, billing, cancellation policies, and other important info about your membership. We’ve kept it straightforward so you know exactly what to expect.
All wine club members must be of legal drinking age (19 years of age or older in British Columbia) for any purchases made.
Taste of Tantalus:
Club shipments will be processed and delivered twice per year (typically in April & October) aligning with our Spring and Fall wine releases.
You will be notified by email to remind you about your upcoming wine shipment, and to let you know when your credit card will be charged (approximately 15-20 days prior to wine delivery). New club members joining after the Spring or Fall release dates will have the option of purchasing the current release shipment provided the wines are still available, otherwise their initial club order will be deferred to the next release date.
There are no substitutions allowed for Taste of Tantalus club shipments.
Club members are responsible for address changes, and the winery will not be responsible for any shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or re-directed shipments.
Free shipping does not apply when shipping to remote areas. A Tantalus team member will be in touch with you if additional shipping fees are required for your location.
Members may cancel their wine club membership by sending an email to orders@tantalus.ca. All cancellation requests must be received prior to the next wine club processing date. If your cancellation notification is received after the wine club order has been processed and sent out, your cancellation request will be applied to the following shipment.
Members who cancel their club membership after only one shipment will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Seasons of Tantalus:

Due to vintage variation and production size, Tantalus reserves the right to change the wines or prices without notice.

Shipping Rates for Seasons of Tantalus Club Members:
Prices are for 6-12 bottles and don’t include applicable GST and PST. Each additional shipping case costs $7.50 for members (e.g. a 24-bottle order to BC would be $22.50+taxes). Please note that discounted shipping does not apply when shipping to remote areas. A Tantalus team member will be in touch with you if additional shipping fees are required for your location.
