A lovely review from the Vancouver Sun’s wine critic Anthony Gismondi:
“If there is an icon label in BC, and I hate that moniker, its Tantalus Riesling with its signature acidity that provides a foundation every wine would want.
Wild floral notes and warm, wet, stony, mineral aromas greet you up front. Peachy guava, mineral flavours flood the palate and while it looks a bit one-dimensional today this bottle will grow and live for decades.
The estate riesling is made from six separate vineyard blocks ranging in age from 5 to 36 yearsA fabulous food wine from pork to fish and beyond.”
