Tantalus is excited to partner with Calgary’s Alloy Restaurant for the 2013 Gold Medal Plates! Chef Herrara will be pairing our 2012 Riesling with a dish to be unveiled on Saturday night – best of luck to the Alloy team!
This year marks a long history for us in supporting the Canadian Culinary Championships and we are thrilled to be participating once again for the 7th year in a row, with 4 memorable trips to the grand finale, in support of our Canadian Olympic Athletes.
