We are pleased to announce that our 2012 Riesling was awarded Best Wine in Show at the Calgary Gold Medal Plates.
We were proud to partner our wine with Chef Rogelio Herrera’s beautiful pork dish – a sous-vide loin stuffed with pork belly, wrapped in Serrano ham and marinated in achiote on white bean puree with micro cilantro. Cheers to the team from Alloy Restaurant for all their hard work!
