We are pleased to continue our long established relationship with the Canadian Culinary Championship at this year’s grand finale.
Thursday evening we are honoured to play host to the chefs and their teams at the VIP Media Reception where the chefs will receive their mystery wine for the following evening.
Friday evening, Tantalus and our partners on Kelowna’s Lakeshore Wine Route are the official wine sponsor for the Mystery Wine Pairing Event at the Eldorado Hotel – the chef’s first taste of the competition.
Finally, for the third time, Tantalus is headed to the finale – this time alongside talented Edmonton Chef Nathin Bye of the Wildflower Grill. Chef Bye will be showcasing his modern Canadian cuisine paired with our 2010 Chardonnay. We are proud to be the only hometown winery represented at this year’s Kelowna finale!
