Tantalus featured in Quebec’s Cellier Magazine

Our Riesling is featured in the latest SAQ Cellier magazine and bottles have hit the shelves this month at select Quebec SAQ shops!

“The winery depends on the talents of winemaker David Paterson and savvy viticulturist Warwick Shaw. Paterson trained in New Zealand and worked at renowned Australian producer Henschke. His attentive approach is reflected in the precision and balance of the wines.

While the Pinots and Chardonnays are first-rate, the crown jewels of Tantalus Vineyards are the Rieslings, consistently named among the best in Canada. Intense, with a high minerality, they burst with fruity aromas. While they are wonderful drunk young, they become even  complex and multi-layered over time.”

Visit Cellier Magazine to read the full story online (pages 20-21) – and be sure to get your hands on a copy of the mouth-watering Cider-Braised Pork Belly recipe to pair up with our orchard fruit-driven Riesling.
